Our idea was started with a simple need.
Chemotherapy patients suffer a terrible side effect of treatment. Being susceptible to cold.
So we are hoping, with your help, we can make a difference for these patients going through chemotherapy.
Our mission is to donate homemade fleece tied blankets to chemotherapy patients both children and adults.
We have set up guidelines and FAQ to make this as easy as possible no matter if you plan on making your own fleece tied blanket or if you are purchasing a kit.
Be sure to check out our sidebar, there we have the link to Jo-Ann’s Fabric and Craft store. Of course you can purchase your kits and fleece, and chose whatever pattern you want, all from the store of your choice, we have just provided these links for convenience.
Our blanket goal for this month is 20 for both adults and pediatric patients.
It is our aim to make your donation as easy as possible. Be sure to check out the WELCOME post for the whole background on why we started this donation drive. You can also follow us on Twitter and become a fan on our facebook page.
